As a leading plastic injection molding company, we are always looking for ways to improve the quality of our products. One way we have been able to do this is by using a higher quality plastic for our products. We have found that using a higher quality plastic results in a better finished product.
When it comes to plastic injection molding, there are two types of plastics that are commonly used: thermoplastic and thermoset. Thermoplastic is the most common type of plastic used in injection molding. It is made from petroleum and is easy to recycle. Thermoset is a more expensive type of plastic, but it is much more durable and has a longer lifespan.
We have been using thermoplastic for our products, but we are now switching to thermoset because it provides a better finished product. The switch to thermoset will also allow us to recycle our molds, which will save us money in the long run.
If you are looking for a high quality and durable plastic injection molding product, then look no further than our company. We have been in business for over 25 years and have the experience and expertise to provide you with a product that will exceed your expectations. We use the latest technology and equipment to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet or exceed industry standards. We also offer a variety of customization options to make sure that your product is exactly what you need.
There are countless applications for high quality plastic injection molding. Some common examples include:
-Automotive parts and components
-Electrical enclosures
-Medical devices and equipment
-Consumer products
Injection molded plastics are strong, durable, and resistant to many chemicals and environmental factors. This makes them ideal for use in a wide variety of industries and applications.
Product operate guide:
1. Before operate the machine, please read the instruction manual carefully.
2. Check whether the power supply is cut off and all safety devices are complete before starting up the machine.
3. According to the order of the operation procedures, connect pipeline, start up water pump and cooling tower (if used) ,make sure they work properly.
4. Check whether the oil level of hydraulic oil tank is normal or not, if not, add it to the normal level.
5. Turn on power switch, check whether ammeter pointer moves normally or not, if it doesn't move, please check electric equipment according to electric circuit diagram until find out the reason and eliminate it; If it moves abnormally ,please shut down power immediately and eliminate it according to electric circuit diagram .
6. After above checks are ok, slowly turn on main switch(turn clockwise), let barrel heating begin preheating; when its temperature reaches set temperature (usually this time screw also begins heating), begin feeding material .
