The working principle of Hall current sensors

Hall principle current sensor is based on hall magnetic balance principle (closed loop) and Hall direct measurement type (open loop) two basic principles. AIC is the abbreviation of "tailormade integrated circuit". It is a high-tech product developed rapidly at the end of 1980s. From the design idea, the development method to the test method, it is different from the traditional general integrated circuit. It is the fruitful result of combining the technology of vlSI, computer aided design and automatic test technology. Applied to the transmitter, that is, the transmitter special thick film circuit. The transmitter of ASIC circuit integrates the conversion circuit and output circuit of the transmitter into a customized chip, greatly reducing the number of components, the whole transmitter only CT, PT, power supply, large capacitance, ASIC chip and a few other components, so as to greatly improve the reliability and long-term stability of the whole transmitter.

The working principle ofHall current sensors

Open loop current sensor principle: the original boundary flux produced by the current IP is high quality core gathered in magnetic circuit, the hall element is fixed in a small air gap, the magnetic flux test, linear hall hall device output voltage after dealing with the special circuit, output and the original vice side waveform consistent with output voltage, the voltage can accurately reflect the change of the primary side current. Hall current sensors can measure various types of current, from direct current to tens of kilohertz alternating current, based on the main principle of hall effect
